That's what I did, if you have trouble clearing a document in Windows XP. Wait for the printer. Then:
From the Start menu, select Control Panel. Then followthis path:
Administrative Tools> Services> Print Spooler
Once in the print spooler, right click on it. Select Stop. You can access this window. Turn off the printer.
In the open window, click directly on the print spooler print spooler and select Start.
Go to the Start menu and select Printers and Faxes. Find the printer you have problems with it, and double-click. From the menu, select Printer and then select Cancel All Documents. The documents shouldclear.
Turn off the printer. It may now be able to print.
